We stand by the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, with the following conditions to ensure a fair process for both parties:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in like-new condition (free of any significant wear, damage, or alterations).
  • All original packaging, accessories, and instructions must be included in the return.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • Items showing signs of excessive use, wear, or damage beyond normal handling will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Final sale items (if any) or products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
  • Returns initiated beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at recoverybright@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging with all components and accessories.
  4. Return shipping costs will be the customers responsibility unless the product is defective. 

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Shipping fees from the original order and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet our return eligibility, a partial refund or no refund will be issued at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@recoverybright.co with pictures of the damage and your order number.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items and either replace the product or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

2 Year Warranty:

  • For the first two years after the day your order arrives, you're protected by our 2 year warranty. If any of our products break, malfunction or have any other issues, we'll issue up to one replacement - entirely free.

    After your first free replacement, we're happy to issue further replacements, however there will be a small fee ($10 - $20) charged in order to partially cover our costs.

Extended 10 Years Warranty Loss & Insurance:

  • Our extended 10 years warranty & loss insurance is completely optional and available for $19.95. From the day you order our products, to the day you no longer use them, you’re protected by our extended 10 years warranty & loss insurance. If any of our products break, malfunction or have any other issues, we'll issue up to one replacement - entirely free. 

    After your first free replacement, we're happy to issue further replacements, however there will be a small fee ($10 - $20) charged in order to partially cover our costs.

Abuse of Refund Policy:

  • To protect against fraud and abuse, we reserve the right to deny returns or issue partial refunds if the product shows excessive wear or if multiple returns are made from the same customer without valid reason.

Policy Changes:

  • Recovery Bright reserves the right to change their return, refund and replacement policy at any time without alerting their customers first.
